Subject matter of this agreement is all electronic selling of our Company.

INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
Main characteristics of our Product that we distribute through Internet are in accordance with regulations of Commercial Law, article L 111-1 (www.Buykinis.co.uk)
The prices are given for every product and in every link. Apart from total cost of order (i.e. amount of element prices from order list) and final cost (amount of prices from order list plus cost of delivery) all other expenses connected with website access are under customer.
According to requirements of Article 5 you can find this agreement in English language. It can be printed according to website instructions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms of our offer for Product and prices depend on its actualization on our website. Our offers are valid until they are not accessible on website. All information is done in accordance with civil code article 1369-4
Deliberation
According to Commercial Law article 121-20 L and resolution from 23rd of August 2001 after receiving the Product Customer has seven days to test it. During this term Customer can return the Product for changing or repayment without any punitive measures on address shown on our Shipping and Returns Page. But all expenses for delivering should be paid by Customer. In case of changing, the new Product will be delivered to Customer within seven days after returning.
According to Civil Code article 1316-1 Customer should strictly follow requirements of this agreement concerning of opening an account, filling the forms, ordering the Product, transferring personal data, credit card number and other confidential information.
PRICES AND INVOICES
Our prices include all the taxes.
According to Commercial Law articles L 121-18 и 121-19 L every customer receives an invoice.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made via Paypal or by Google Wallet or alternatively you can e-mail us for information on how to pay via bank wire transfer.
All details of Customer bank account should be transferring through Paypal secure host. It is strictly prohibited to show this information on buykinis.co.uk
Only information about orders should be liable to automated data processing.
DELIVERING
Customer can follow up status of order by e-mailing us enquiring about their order/delivery and we shall reply promptly in every case.
When ordering the product the customer should always indicate address for delivery.
If the customer is not available upon the time of delivery then he/she will receive a delivery note in the mail. Within 10 days after receiving delivering note the customer should collect the package from the nearest post office/depot as instructed by the delivery company. In case of express delivering Customer also will receive the delivering note. After receiving such note he should contact the carrier and specify the delivery date. Customer has a right to indicate when ordering a product any address in the world.
When receiving Customer should check the Product and file all the claims or refuse the Product if the package was open before or Product has clear signs of damages. All claims should be sent to carrier with registered letter within three working days after Product delivering. One copy of claim should be sent to buykinis - brazilianbikinishop. According to Commercial Law article L 133-3 neglect of this responsibilities during specified period cancel any actions with respect to carrier and at such circumstances buykinis cannot be represent as guarantee.
If delivered Product mismatch quality specifications Customer should send his claims during fifteen days after delivery.
In case of delaying, and delivering the Product damaged or flawed Customer may contact our Support Service. In case of electronic selling no claims can be done if the Product was checked in the shop.
Products can be delivered by:
Deutchepost – Recommended for delivery to any part of the world except France and Italy.
La Poste - Lettre Max for delivering inside France and its territories.
Chronopost International for express delivering inside France.
FedEx for express delivery all over the world
SDA Express for Italy
Receiving of delivery note by Customer takes from 2 to 5 working days.
After receiving delivery note Customer has ten days to receive his order in the nearest post office. In case of excess of this period the Product will be sent back to buykinis - brazilianbikinishop. Support Service will contact the Customer for considering other ways of delivering or refusing of Customer.
However if within 5 days after Product was sent the Customer has no information about Product delivering he should go to the nearest post office from the place notified in order. If there is no information in post office and delivery following system. Customer should contact Support Service of buykinis for opening the delivery form. Time of response vary from one to three weeks after opening the delivery form by buykinis.
- If the package will be found it will be resent to the Customer (package or transit notification)
- If the package was lost the final decision will be made after three weeks.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF PRODUCT

All expenses and risks concerning return of Product are responsibilities of Customer. If return of Product was done because of Buykinis fault all transport expenses will be returned by Buykinis. In such case Customer should indicate it in return form.
In case of repayment after the Product was received, checked and confirmed by our Service reimbursement will be paid on Customer bank account within thirty days after retuning of Product.
Product that was returned damaged, dirty or not full will be not reimbursed by Company.
In case of any defect please indicate your request in receiving form. After the Product will be received, checked and confirmed by our Companies service Customer will receive password. Return of Product that was received by mail is not valid in shops. If return of Product was done because of Buykinis fault all transport expenses will be added to reimbursement money.
Product that was returned damaged, dirty or not full will be not reimbursed by Company.
ELECTRONIC FILES AND INFORMATION SECURITY
Buykinis Company designs an electronic file that identifies all our Customers. If there is a new Customer his data will be record to this file. It can help us to use this information for satisfying expects of our Customers, for discounts and supporting them. This data base is designed in accordance with Declaration about information security from 6th January 1978 with changes from 6th August 2004.
If the Customer agrees to disclose his personal information he has a right according to appropriate law. For this Customer should ask Buykinis in writing on:

Depending on the choice made while creating or advising through Internet about account, Customer can choose to receive or not to recieve information about transactions on his electronic address.
If the Customer does not want to receive such information then the Customer can ask us at enquiries@buykinis.co.uk
According to requirements of article 5 and taking into consideration deliberation time any return of the Product should be done within fifteen days after receiving the Product. The Product should be new, full, not marked and not washed.
After fifteen days the return will not be accepted.
