Firstly we would like to say, we ship worldwide to anywhere in the world - and your order will always be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (except for over weekends or bank holidays). Here at Buykinis we currently offer 2 different shipping methods for the delivery of your orders. Firstly we offer a free shipping service on all items which usually takes from around 1 week to 2 weeks depending on exactly where abouts you are located in the world (please check the product descriptions for more details). Secondly we now also offer an express shipping service via FedEx which takes 24 to 72 hours maximum for your goods to arrive, again depending on your exact location, and this service starts from £15 although if you are making a very large order it may cost slightly more due to the weight of the goods.
Now if for any reason you are unhappy with your bikini or whichever product you have ordered we do offer our customers a full refund - money back garantuee. If the Hygienic protector and the handtag has not been removed and if the item is in perfect condition, then there are no problems. Also if you maybe just ordered the wrong size or you need a replacement for whatever valid reason we are also more than happy to exchange your item for you, as long as you return your item to us you will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.

Also please just write a small note explaining the situation and stating whether you want a refund or exchange, include the name of our site where you purchased and any other important information. You, the customer must return the order to us, and then we will refund you the amount you paid to us in Paypal or Google Wallet for your order (unless you want a product exchange and not a refund). The quicker you return your product(s) back to us the better but unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping fee which it costs you to return your item(s) - so please try to get your order right the first time and be careful about which size you pick etc, to avoid having to exchange the item after the point of sale.
